Our Story
The company Menton has been operating on the market since 2001. In the past it employed more than a hundred employees and mainly focused on the production of safety work shoes in cooperation with French companies Heckel and Bacou, later with the German company Uvex. Due to the competition of cheap labor mainly in Asia, this activity of the company ceased to be profitable and the company gradually completely suppressed it. The joint-stock company Menton underwent a transformation and a change of legal form to a limited liability company in 2012.
Today, under our own brand CNC Expert Directors, we focus on mechanical engineering production carried out through high-quality machining centers of the Dutch brand STYLE. In 2023, we expanded our portfolio of activities to include the sale of equipment, training and service in the field of 3D measuring technologies in cooperation with the Italian company Leonardo 3D Metrology srl. The transformation, among other things, brought a new philosophy of the company, which is to create higher added value with a lower number of employees.
The company Menton s.r.o. has more than 1300 m2 of production and storage space. This gives us, in addition to our own activity, the opportunity to provide other professionals with space for the realization of their intentions, either in the form of rent or joint venture. In our premises you will find experts from a carpentry workshop, through confectionery production, construction of fireplaces and stoves, to experts in 3D measuring systems and CNC experts.
